Outside UK, fair shipping charges which fall when you spend more!

1  This site is for public use.  Printed books may be ordered from this site or by telephone using your credit or debit card.  Please ring +44 (0) 845 370 0063 or +44 141 642 9192 between 9am and 5pm UK time.

2  Printed books ordered through this site are despatched by our agent, BookSource.  Please direct shipping queries to BookSource.  Online payments taken by PayPal.   Please use our contact form for payment or download queries.  Buyers in USA and Canada may order and pay in US$ from Silvermine International; their terms apply.

3  All printed books can be obtained through bookshops in local currencies.  Orders from this site and by telephone will be fulfilled at Sterling prices and converted to your own currency by your bank.  You may select Euro and US$ prices for familiarity, but the exact charge may differ.   There is no VAT applicable to printed books sold from the UK.

4  When stock is available, most web orders are despatched next business day. Orders before publication will be despatched as soon as possible after the title is released, which may involve a wait of more than 30 days for delivery. Orders taken when a title is reprinting will be fulfilled when stock becomes available, and therefore may take more than 30 days to deliver. In such cases, we will publish the expected availability date on this site. In ordering pre-orders or when a title is reprinting, you consent to such longer delivery period as appropriate.

5  You may return undamaged books to BookSource provided you pay the postage and send the books back within 7 working days of receipt. We will refund your payment once the books have been received.  Please notify BookSource immediately if books arrive damaged.

6  We will quote for quantity discounts (same or mixed titles) of 8 or more books; please contact us.

7  Special offers as announced from time to time have their own terms and may be withdrawn without notice. Where a free gift is offered, it will appear automatically in your basket, you may remove it if not required.

* Europe: Web orders only, 15%, minimum £2.75 for orders up to £29.99 then flat rate £4.50 for orders to £39.99 then reducing scale, no shipping charge at all if you spend £45.

~ Rest of world: Web orders only, first book £9, flat rate charge of £9 for orders up to £34.99 then reducing scale, no shipping charge at all if you spend £45. To save shipping costs, buyers in US/Canada should visit Silvermine International.
