Free shipping in the United Kingdom, even on single books!

1  This site is for public use.  Published books may be ordered from this site or by telephone using your credit or debit card.  Please ring +44 (0) 845 370 0063 or +44 141 642 9192 between 9am and 5pm UK time.

2  All printed books are dispatched by our agent, BookSource.  All queries about shipping should be directed to BookSource.  Online payments are taken by PayPal and if you have a payment or download query, please use our contact form.

3  All printed books can be obtained through bookshops in local currencies.  Orders from this site and by telephone will be fulfilled at Sterling prices.   There is no UK VAT applicable to printed books.

4  Your data will be retained and may be used for further contact.  You may ask us to delete your account at any time.  Except for delivery by BookSource, we never provide personal data to third parties.   Personal data will be transmitted outside the European Community, but only to countries that have equivalent protection, and in ordering from us or registering on this site, you grant Sparkling Books Ltd. permission to do so.

5  When stock is available, most web orders are despatched next business day. Orders before publication will be despatched as soon as possible after the title is released, which may involve a wait of more than 30 days for delivery. Orders taken when a title is reprinting will be fulfilled when stock becomes available, and therefore may take more than 30 days to deliver. In such cases, we will publish the expected availability date on this site. In ordering pre-orders or when a title is reprinting, you consent to such longer delivery period as appropriate.

6  You may return undamaged books to BookSource provided you pay the postage and send the books back within 7 working days of receipt. We will refund your payment once the books have been received.  Please notify BookSource immediately if books arrive damaged.  There is no refund for downloaded books.

7  Web orders only: automatic discounts for 2 or more books. Any mixture of titles and formats allowed. Any special prices shown apply to web orders only, telephone orders are at full retail price in Sterling.
