Our US distributor Pathway Book Service provides a service to take and fulfil orders. You will pay the USD price and your credit card or PayPal account will be charged in USD. If you are based in the USA or Canada, you must use this service as our UK webshop does not supply those countries. If you are based elsewhere, you can choose which web shop to use. References on this site to discounts and free shipping do not apply to purchases from Pathway Book service. The shopping basket on this site is only for UK fulfilment.
Pathway Book Service ship orders received by 10 am Eastern Time the same day, otherwise next business day. You will be given a choice of shipping methods and their costs when you place your order. All customer service enquiries including payment queries must be sent to Pathway Book Service.

Domestic ground orders are delivered by UPS, FedEx or USPS.
For expedited or international shipments, contact Customer Service.
Orders placed before 10 AM Eastern Time on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed later in the day are shipped on the next business day.
If a customer provides Pathway with an e-mail address, a confirmation e-mail that includes tracking information will be sent when the order is shipped.
Return and refund policy
Items may be returned within 90 days of purchase.
Full merchandise credit will be given if the returned product is in resalable condition.
If the product is defective or is returned as a result of Pathway's error, full credit will also be given for shipping in both directions.
A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return.
Return authorization from Pathway is not required.
